Air India Express Limited is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 49 posts of Manager- Scheduling & Network Planning, Dy. Chief of Finance, Dy Manager- Finance, Officer- Finance, Sr Assistant Finance/Cashier, Dy Chief of HR, Assistant – HR, Assistant General Manager (CAMO), Manager – Airworthiness Review, Store Inspector, Officer and Store Keeper under various Departments. COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

1. MANAGER- SCHEDULING & NETWORK PLANNING
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBA from a recognized university.
Preferential Qualification:
(i) Those who are conversant with or have previously worked on Sabre Scheduling System.
(ii) Those who have attended atleast one IATA slot conference.
Experience: i) Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity in the scheduling and network planning department of a scheduled airline with a fleet of at least10 aircraft.
ii) Hands on experience in any computerized scheduling system.
iii) Hands on experience in filing/managing slots.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.70,000/-

 

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

2. DY. CHIEF OF FINANCE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Those possessing Hands on experience in working in SAP accounting system.
ii) Knowledge of laws of the land relating to taxation, contracts, remuneration to employees, contractual employees etc.
iii) Knowledge of SAP accounting system.
iv) Previous experience in Airline industry, Airline revenue accounting, on-line payment systems.
Experience: Ten years of postqualification experience in finance out of which at least Five years in a supervisory rank. Effective communication / presentation skills. Proficient in English and Hindi – both written and spoken.

Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.1,25,000/-

 

3. DY MANAGER- FINANCE
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Experience in Airline Accounting. Additional Professional qualification like ACS / MBA / CMA / Post Graduation in Commerce etc. would be advantage.
ii) Those secured High credentials / marks / ranks etc. in the relevant professional exams.
iii) Experience in Airline Revenue and expenditure accounting.
iv) MIS Preparation through system and knowledge on MS Office / Excel / Spread sheets/ PPT etc.
Experience: One year post qualification experience in Finance Department of a large organisation / Airline.
Knowledge in SAP – Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Knowledge on SAP inventory accounting and management system
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000/-

 

4. OFFICER- FINANCE
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-04 OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBA-Finance from a recognized University/CMA.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Experience in Airline Accounting.
ii) Working knowledge in SAP.
iii) Those who possess additional qualifications would be considered accordingly with due weightage.
iv) Sound knowledge on system – MS Office / Excel sheets / Spread sheets / PPT etc. would be advantages.
Experience: Two years post qualification experience in Finance Department of a large organization.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.35,000/-

 

5. SR ASSISTANT FINANCE/CASHIER
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
Preferential Qualification: Candidates with Cashier / Banking knowledge is preferable. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
Experience: One year experience in Cashier/Cash handling/Finance Department – Preferably in Airline/Ticketing office.
Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,000/-

 

HR DEPARTMENT

6. DY CHIEF OF HR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in HR / Management (specialization in Personnel Management) from a recognized university.
Preferential Qualification: Those possessing relevant airline experience
Experience: A minimum of 15 years experience in handling HR Functions in a large organization in similar capacity
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs 1,25,000/-

 

7. ASSISTANT – HR
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Preferential Qualification: Those possessing relevant airline experience
Experience: One year post qualification experience in handling HR Functions.
Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs 18,000/-

 

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

8. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (CAMO)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (Ur-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Aeronautical/Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering,
from a recognized University/Institution.
OR
AME Diploma passed from a recognized Institution with BAMEC/BAMEL.

Preferential Qualification: DGCA Type rated in B1 or B2 Category.

Experience: 12 Years of Experience of Technical Services in Aviation Industry.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs. 1,38,000/-

 

9. MANAGER – AIRWORTHINESS REVIEW
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Aeronautical/Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution
OR
AME Diploma passed from DGCA approved Aviation institution And Type rated license in B1 or B2 on Heavy Aircraft in compliance with CAR 66.
Preferential Qualification: Experience in Quality/CAMO.
Experience: 10 Years of Aviation Experience out of which 3 Years as type rated B1 or B2 AME on heavy Aircraft.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs. 1,62,000/-

 

STORES DEPARTMENT

10. STORE INSPECTOR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum 10+2 passed in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board.
ii) AME Diploma by DGCA approved Institute or Diploma in Mechanical,/ Electrical/ Aeronautical/ Electronics Engineering recognized by state technical education board.
iii) Should have BAMEC/ BAMEL.
iv) Should have good knowledge in MS Office.
Preferential Qualification: Candidates having experience in Aircraft components/parts stores.
Experience: Minimum One Year Aviation Experience including OJT/ Practical training period in Airlines or MRO.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs. 65,000/-

 

11. OFFICER MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: i) MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Logistics Management or equivalent which covers vital logistics aspects.
ii) Should have good command of computer knowledge (In MS Office).
Preferential Qualification: Candidates having Experience in Aircraft stores including working on SAP. Conversant with Aviation Software Solution.
Experience: Two Years experience in material management
Age Limit: Maximum-40 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000/-

 

12. STORE KEEPER
No. of Vacancies: 22 Nos. (UR-13 OBC- 05 SC-03 ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Board or University.
ii) Should have knowledge of computer in MS Office.
Preferential Qualification:
Candidates having Experience in Aircraft stores. Conversant with RAMCO/ Aviation Solution Software.
Experience: One Years Aviation stores experience in an Airline/Ground handlingAgency or clearing and dispatch agency.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 Years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs. 22,000/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Personal Interview and Pre-employment Medical Examination.
