DISTRICT LEVEL TRAINER (DLT)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass
Candidates should have knowledge about functioning of SHGs/SHG based Federations, Book Keeping, Audit, Financial inclusion, MIP,PIP process, Training and Communication skills, desire to learn new skill and acquire knowledge and is physically fit, willing to travel outside Block/ District/ State when required.
Candidates having Higher Level Degree/Diploma will be preferred.
Experience: Candidates may be an Active SHG Members/Sangha/ Mahasangha Leaders/erstwhile GPRP/DPR/NGO workers with three years of experience as an expert in imparting training for SHG Leaders/SHG Federation Leaders in various components
OR At least five years of experience as an expert in imparting training for SHG Leaders/SHG Federation Leaders in various components.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-55 years
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview.
