1. OFFICER (HR)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree and MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
First class in the indicated qualification for General and OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates from a recognized University / Institution.
Knowledge of internet/web browsing/MS Office is essential.
Experience: One to three years of post qualification experience will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 01.10.2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 23,000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test followed by Interview.
Written Test will be held on 18/11/2017 at Ghaziabad.
