1. Fitter: 150 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation/SSLC and 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST) in National Trade Certificate & National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Fitter or Sheet Metal Worker.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.11700/- – Rs.23000/- plus other allowances as per norms.
2. Welder: 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation/ SSLC and 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST) National Trade Certificate & National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Welder.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 01/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.11700/- – Rs.23000/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for Personal Interview.
Written Test will be conducted at Tiruchirappalli. Tentative date of written test is 01/11/2015. Admit cards can be downloaded from 24/10/2015.

Selected candidates will initially work as Temporary Employees (Artisans) on a consolidated wage of Rs.11000/- per month, for a period of one year after which they will be absorbed on regular pay scale as mentioned above.
