Educational Qualification: Qualified with ANM degree from any recognized institution and knowledge & Skills:
i) Familiarity with government health policies and programmes.
ii) Strong Communication Skills
iii) Ability to work in Small teams & Flexible ways of working.
iv) Proficiency in data recording / management, report writing, case study compilation.
v) At least 10 days of field visit is required.
vi) Overall Management capacity to monitor report and guide the team under him / her.
Experience: Minimum one year experience with a field level health programme.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9,000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
