1. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, GR.III (1)-MINING ENGINEERING

No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-01, SC-01)

Educational Qualification: First Class Diploma in Mining Engineering of at least three years full time duration or at least two years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course or its equivalent with two years experience in relevant area.

Desirable: Experience in underground mining methods and strata monitoring//blasting and related works in mines and civil excavation/Experience in Coal sampling, sub sampling and coal analysis

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300- Rs.34800 Grade Pay- Rs.4200/-

 

2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, GR.III (1)- MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01 OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering of at least three years full time duration or at least two years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course or its equivalent with two years experience in the relevant area.

Desirable: Experience in Coal sampling, sub-sampling and coal analysis /Mining machinery/LMV/HMV and machine maintenance/ Working on CAD. Operation and maintenance of a workshop/processing plant.

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

3. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, GR.III(1)- PHYSICS

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (ST-01, SC-01)

Educational Qualification: First Class B. Sc. with Physics as one of the subjects with one year experience in mining field.

Desirable: Experience in underground mining/open-pit mining/ Coal sampling, subsampling and subsequent analysis/Atmospheric Physics.

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

4. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, GR.III (1)-CIVIL ENGINEERING

Educational Qualification: First Class Diploma in Civil Engineering of at least 03 years full time duration or at least 02 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma course or its equivalent with 2 years experience in the relevant area.

Desirable: Knowledge of drilling and blasting operation in civil construction projects, AUTOCAD and blast vibration monitoring instruments.

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

Educational Qualification: First Class B. Sc. with Geology as one of the subjects with one year experience in mining field.

Desirable: Experience in Coal geology and coal exploration/ data analysis and related field work in mines/tunnels/other excavation areas/Experience in Coal sampling and sub-sampling and coal analysis.

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

6. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, GR.III (1)-CHEMISTRY

Educational Qualification: First Class B. Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subject with one year experience on analytical Instruments.

Desirable: Experience in Coal sampling, sub-sampling and coal analysis, testing and analysis by using TGA, Bomb Calorimeter, CHN Analyzer, Sulphur Analyzer, Ash Fusion Temperature Apparatus, XRF etc/Characterization test, screening, washability studies of coal.

Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 12/05/2017.

7. TECHNICAL OFFICER, GROUP III(3)- MINING ENGINEERING

Educational Qualification: MBBS with 55 % marks from a recognized university /institute along with registration with MCI.

Desirable: MD (General Medicine), from a recognized university/institute registered under MCI, preferably with 3 years experience including one year Housemanship in Medicine/ Surgery/ Emergency Medicine of working/training/ teaching in a recognized institute/hospital.

Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 12/05/2017.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
