CHANDIGARH POLICE INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 520 POSTS OF CONSTABLES . LAST DATE — 31.12.2015
1. Constables: 520 Nos. (For Male 193 and For Female 260 and Ex-Services man 67)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Hr. Secondary (10+2). Candidates should have valid Driving license (not required for female Candidates)
Physical Standards:
Height:- 170cm (Male) 157.5cm (Female)
Chest (unexpanded/ expanded):- 84-88cm (Male only)
Candidates who are resident of hill area will be given 5cm relaxation in Height (both Male & Female)
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2015
Pay Scale: Rs-10,300/- Rs-34,800/- Grade Pay Rs-3200/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: The Selection of the Candidates will be through Physical Efficiency & Measurement and written test. Test will tentatively start in the month of February, 2016
