1. STAFF NURSE (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 34 Nos. (UR-18, OBC-06, SC-08, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Completed GNM Course from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
Candidates should have proficiency in the Local Language.
Age Limit: Maximum-64 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.
2. KALA-AZAR TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Science Graduate with Biology as a paper.
ii) Candidates must be sound in health and capable of extensive field work.
iii) Candidates must have valid two wheeler driving license.
Desirable: Health Supervisor / Assistant has additional weightage.
Age Limit: Minimum-50 years and maximum-62 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10500/- per month.
3. GNM (THALASSAEMIA CONTROL UNIT)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Completed GNM course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
Experience: Experience in working with Thalassaemia patient and their families.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.
4. LAB TECHNICIAN (THALASSAEMIA CONTROL UNIT)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: HS or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Experience: Two years Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Desirable: Experience in working handling Cell Counter and HPLC machines.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.
5. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITOR (RNTCP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW/ LHV /ANM / Health worker / Certificate or higher course in Health Education / Counselling OR Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognized course.
Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum two months).
At least 50% marks in requisite Qualification.
Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month.
6. SENIOR TUBERCULOSIS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (RNTCP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate.
ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology or equivalent from a govt. recognized institution.
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
Certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum two months).
At least 50% marks in requisite Qualification.
Experience: Minimum one years experience in RNTCP.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/08/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17720/- per month.
