DIRECTOR (LAW/ FINANCIAL ANALYSIS), ASST. DIRECTOR (IT), OFFICE MANAGER (F&A, CORPORATE SERVICE, LIBRARY SERVICE). LAST DATE — 07/12/2015

 

1. ADVISER (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph. D. in Commerce or Finance or Accounting or Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Cost and Works Accountant or equivalent and thirteen (13) years experience in the relevant field.
Or
Master’s Degree in Commerce or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounts) and seventeen (17) years experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: Between 45 and 50 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400- 67000 and Grade Pay: Rs.10000/-

 

2. ADVISER (ECONOMICS): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph. D. in Economics or Statistics or equivalent and thirteen (13) years experience in the relevant field
Or
Masters Degree in Economics or Statistics or equivalent; and seventeen (17) years experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: Between 45 and 50 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400- 67000 and Grade Pay: Rs.10000/-

 

3. ADVISER (LAW): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Competition Law or equivalent and thirteen (13) years experience in the relevant field.
Or
Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent and fifteen (15) years experience in the relevant field.
Or
Bachelor of Law or equivalent, and seventeen (17) years experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law.
Age Limit: Between 45 and 50 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400- 67000 and Grade Pay: Rs.10000/-

 

4. DIRECTOR (LAW): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University; and eight (8) years experience in the relevant field.
Or
Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and ten (10) years experience in the relevant filed.
Or
Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and twelve (12) years experience in the relevant field
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law
Age Limit: Between 40 and 45 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400- 67000 and Grade Pay: Rs.8900/-

 

5. JOINT DIRECTOR (LAW): 03 Nos. (reserved for UR and OBC)
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University; and three (3) years experience in the relevant field .
Or
Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and four (4) years experience in the relevant filed.
Or
Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and six (6) years experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law
Age Limit: Between 35 and 40 years as on 07/12/2015

6. JOINT DIRECTOR (ECONOMICS): 02 Nos. (reserved for UR and OBC)
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. Degree in Economics or Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university; and three(3) years experiences in the relevant filed.
Or
Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university; and six (6) years experiences in the relevant filed, including in Corporate Sector.
Desirable: Subject knowledge in Micro Economics or Industrial Organizational Theory or Econometrics or Financial Economics.
Age Limit: Between 35 and 40 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400- 67000 and Grade Pay: Rs.8700/-

 

7. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (LAW) – 1: 01 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent.
And with three (3)years experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector.
Age Limit: maximum 33 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 and Grade Pay: Rs.7600/-

 

8. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (FINANCIAL ANALYSIS) – 1: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce or Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Accounting and Finance or equivalent
Or
Qualified Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/ Cost and Works Accountant/ Financial Analyst or equivalent and with three (3) years experience in the relevant field including in corporate sector.
Age Limit: maximum 33 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 and Grade Pay: Rs.7600/-

 

9. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY): 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent or
(ii) Master’s Degree in Computer Application/ Master’s Degree in Science (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering)
Experience: Three (3)years experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: maximum 33 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 and Grade Pay: Rs.6600/-

 

10. OFFICE MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCONTS): 02 Nos. (UR/SC/OBC)
Educational Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent with three (3) year experience or
(ii) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with one (1) year diploma in Accounting/Finance;/Cash and Accounts Course of Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent; and with three (3) years experience in the relevant field.
Age Limit: maximum 28 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-

 

11. OFFICE MANAGER (CORPORATE SERVICE): 15 Nos. (UR/SC/OBC)
Educational Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline from recognized university; and
(ii) Diploma/Certificate course in Human Resource Management/ Secretarial Practices, or equivalent; and with three (3) year’s experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Master’s Degree or equivalent with one (1) year Diploma in Human Resource Management/Secretarial Practices or equivalent.
Age Limit: maximum 28 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-

 

12. OFFICE MANAGER (LIBRARY SERVICES): 01 Nos. (UR/SC/OBC)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or equivalent.
Three (3) years post qualification experience in the field of library and information services.
Age Limit: maximum 28 years as on 07/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800 and Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Written examination will be held at four centers namely, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. The candidate should indicate his/ her choice in the Application Form.

Date of Written test – 31st January, 2016 (Sunday)
