1. DISASTER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post-graduate in Management, Urban/ Rural Planning, Social Sciences, Disaster Management and/or relevant fields.
Candidates having completed Certificate courses would be preferred.
Candidates should have fluency in writing and in speaking English. Fluency in spoken Bengali.
Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the development sector having relevance to disaster management.
Work experience in government/national and international agencies and civil society organization
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 19/04/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50,000/- per month.
2. DISASTER PROFESSIONAL
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. ( Darjeeling-01, Kolkata-01)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree and Fluency in writing and in speaking English.
Fluency in spoken Bengali.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in related fields of disaster management.
Desirable: i) Degree / Diploma in Disaster Management.
ii) Working experience in Disaster prevention / mitigation / rescuer ability to work in multi-disciplinary environment.
Age Limit: Maximum – 40 years as on 19/04/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Note: Candidates who wish to apply for more than one category of posts should submit each application separately.
