1. General Duty Medical Officer: 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree and must have completed compulsory Rotatory Internship
Desirable: At least one year house staff ship or equivalent and Basic Knowledge of computer
Age Limit: Below- 65 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. Medical Officer (SNCU): 06 Nos. (SC-02, OBC-03, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree with one year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weight age will be given for higher qualification
Age Limit: Below- 65 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.45,000/- per month.
3. Medical Officer (NUHM): 04 Nos. (SC-02, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree with one year compulsory Internship and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for higher qualification
Age Limit: Below- 65 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
4. Medical Officer (RNTCP): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree with one year compulsory Internship
Preferential Qualification: Diploma /MD public Health /PSM /Community Medicine / CHA /Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases.
Candidates should have one year experience in RNTCP, Basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Below- 65 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
5. Lab. Technician (NUHM): 06 Nos. (SC-01, UR-03, OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed (10+12) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology /Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Candidates must have knowledge in computer, MS Office and Internet
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9,380/- per month.
6. Block Accounts Manager: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in commerce with advance knowledge of computer MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing and accounting software e.g. Tally.
Candidates must have working skill in LAN Environment
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016

7. Sahayika (Female): 02 Nos. (SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass

8. Counsellor (Female): 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology /Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development.
Desirable: – Post Graduate in (MA/M.Sc.) in Psychology /Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology /Human Development and Knowledge in Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.
9. Senior Treatment Supervisor: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree OR Sanitary Inspector Course with Certificate course in Computer Operation of two months and Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification: Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Degree/Diploma in Social Work or medical Social work.
Successful completion of basic training course for Multi Purpose health workers.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- per month.
10. District PPM: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with one year experience of working in field of communication/ACSM/Public Private Partnership/Health Project/Programme and Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19,000/- per month.
11. District PMDT & TB-HIV Coordinator: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with certificate course in computer operation of two months and Permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification: At least 02 years of work experience under RNTCP OR 05 years experience in Public health programme in a supervisory capacity.
Candidates should have Good Communication skills in local language & Welling to travel in the area of work
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
12. Data Entry Operator (RNTCP): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and one year Diploma /Certificate course in Computer Application with Operating knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and typing speed of 30wpm.
Experience: At least 03 years experience in Govt. Sector OR 05 years experience in Private Sector
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Test and Interview. Interview will be held on 21.09.2016 (10.30am).
