1. Senior Medical Officer (SMO): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates with MD in Medicine or any other Clinical discipline OR Candidates with MBBS plus Diploma in any clinical discipline having three years of experience can be considered OR Candidates with MBBS plus Fellowship in HIV Medicine / Diploma in Public Health having minimum three years of experience can be considered.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.45, 000/- per month.
2. Data Manager: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Preferably with commerce background) with Diploma in Computer Application or “O” Level course from DOEACC.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 000/- per month.
3. Counselor: 02 Nos. (SC-01, UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Master degree in Social Work (Preferably specialized in Medical & Psychiatric social work / Psychology) OR Candidates with degree in sociology may be considered OR qualified graduate nurse can be appointed as counselor but he / she must undergo 12 days counselor training at NACO designated institute.
Qualified and competent PLHIV will be given preference
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 000/- per month.
4. Lab Technician: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma holder in Medical Laboratory (MLT).
Candidates must be registered in the concerned State Council.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 000/- per month.
5. Staff Nurse: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM OR ANM with minimum three years of experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 000/- per month.
6. Immunization Volunteer: 05 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Gradate (B.Sc. / B. A. / B.Com) and Diploma / certificate with duration of six months or more in computer application. Candidates should have knowledge of Window (XP /7), Office Automation, MS Officer and Internet through working knowledge experience in internet explorer or any equivalent browser such as e-mailing, web searching etc.
Candidates must be the permanent resident of the respective sub-division.
Candidates must have valid driving license for two wheeler and having motor cycle is a must.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years or less as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.500/- per day for 26 days / month per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis Written examination and Interview.
Selected candidates will be posted at ARTC Malda MC &H and candidates applying for the post of Immunization volunteer will be posted at Any High Priority Blocks (English Bazar, Kaliachak-I, II, III & English Bazar Minicipality)
