NATIONAL URBAN HEALTH MISSION:

1. Medical Officer (Full Time) : 18 Nos. (UR-18)
Educational Qualification: MBBS from a MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory Internship. Candidates must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
Candidates with Higher Qualification will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum- 63 years as on 31.12.15
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.

 

2. Lab Technician: 18 Nos. (UR-06, UR(EC)-03, SC-04, SC(EC)-01, OBC(A)-01, OBC(A)EC-01, OBC(B)-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed (10+2) with Physics,Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics as a subject and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Candidates should have knowledge in Computer, MS Office, Internet.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 31.12.15
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9, 380/- per month.

 

REVISED NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROGRAMME (RNTCP)

3. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 15 Nos. (UR-05, UR(EC)-02, SC-03, SC(EC)-01, OBC-(A)-01, OBC(A)EC-01, OBC(B)-01, ST-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree OR recognized Sanitary Inspector’s course.
And certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months)
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler (with gear)
Age Limit: Minimum- 22years and maximum-40 years as on 31.12.15
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.

 

4. RNTCP Lab Technician / Sputum Microscopist: 02 Nos. (ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or Certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
Experience: One year experience in RNTCP or Sputum smears microscopy.
Candidates with Higher Qualification (for example Graduates) shall be preferred.
Age Limit: Upto 62years as on 31.12.15
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.

 

5. Medical Officer (MO-DTC): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBs or Equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical council of india and must have completed compulsory rotator intership.
Preferential Qualification: Diploma / MD / Public Health / Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases.
Candidates should have one year experience in RNTCP and basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as on 31.12.15

6. Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW / LHV / ANM / Health Worker / certificate or higher course in health education / Counselling or Tuberculosis health visitors recognized course.
Candidates should have certificate course in Computer Operation (minimum two months).
Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or recognized Sanitary inspestor’s course.
Age Limit: Minimum- 22 years and maximum- 62years as on 31.12.15

7. District Programme Co-ordinator (RNTCP): 01 Nos. (UR-01)

8. Distric PPM Co-Ordinator (RNTCP): 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate and one year experience of working in the field of Communication / ACSM / Public Private Partnership / Health Project / Programmes.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler (Motor Cycle).
Prefential Qualification: Candidates those who have worked in RNTCP and certificate / Diploma / Degree / Master holder in Social Science / Mass media / Communication / Rural development / Advocacy / Partnership / related field and basic knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22years and maximum-40 years as on 31.12.15

9. Data Entry Operator : 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Diploma in computer application or equivalent.
Candidates should have typing speed of 40wpm in English and local language and with various computer programming including MS word, Excel and simple statistical packages.
Prefential Qualification: Atleast one year experience in related field.

PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMME (WBSAP & CS)

10. ICTC Counselors: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, UR(EC)-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Psychology / Social work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing; with minimum one year experience after PG Degree / Diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector, preferably in HIV / AIDS or Graduate in Psychology / Social work / Sociology / Anthropology / Nursing with minimum three years experience after graduation of working in field of counseling in health sector, preferably in HIV /AIDS. In case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV /AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV / AIDS.
Candidates should have working knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 31.12.15

11. ICTC Technician: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, UR(EC)-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with minimum one year experience after graduation OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT): with minimum two years experience after diploma. The service of the existing LTs who do not hold a DMLT may be continued if they have done a certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have more than five years experience of working in ICTC / PPTCT / ART centre run under the National AIDS control Programme.
Candidates should have working knowledge of Computer.

HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION

12. District Consultant (Quality Assurance): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / Ayush / Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA- Full time or equivalent) with two years experience in public Health / Hospital Administration. Training and Experience of implementing a recognized quality system like NABH / ISO 9001:2008 / Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen would be preferred.

Fluency in English, Computer literacy, Knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential.

16. Lady Counsellor: 03 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01, OBC(A)-01)

18. Paramedical Worker- NLEP: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: High School / Higher Secondary Pass holding certificate of PMW training or MSW / B.Sc with three years experience in the field of health.
Candidates should have working knowledge of computer.
Preference: Experience in Leprosy Programme, resident of the Block / Municipality (S24Pgs / DHHD) will be preferred.
