1. Block DEO: 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least one year Diploma certificate course in computer Application.
Experience: Minimum three years experience in Govt. Sector or Five years in Private sector and in handling official works.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 560/- per month.
2. Lab Technician (NUHM): 06 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, ST-01, OBC(A)-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Candidates should have knowledge of Computer, MS Office and Internet.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9, 380/- per month.
3. Medical Officer (NUHM): 06 Nos. (UR-06)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory Internship.
Candidates with Higher Qualification will preferred
Age Limit: Maximum- 63 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
4. District Consultant (Quality Assurance NHM): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management.
Experience: Two years experience in public Health / Hospital Administration
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
5. District Consultant (Public Health NHM): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with degree diploma in Health Management
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
6. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics. Specialization in Biostatistics would be and added advantage.
Candidates with previous work experience of Health / Hospital would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 30, 000/- per month.
7. Facility Level Quality Manager (NUHM): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science / Social Science Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management one years experience in public Health / Hospital Administration. Fluency in English, Computer Literacy and knowledge of govt. legislations and policies are essential.
Candidates must have good communication Skill both Written and Verbal.
Healthcare Quality / formal quality of a quality system would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35, 000/- per month.
8. GDMO (NHM): 03 Nos. (UR-03)
Educational Qualification: MBBS
Age Limit: Maximum- 65 years as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
9. Immunization on Volunteers: 04 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc. / B.Com. / B.A.) with Diploma Certificate in computer application (six months or more)
Candidates should have motor cycle with valid driving license for two wheelers.
Candidates must be the permanent resident of Islampur Sub-Division
Experience: Minimum two years in health or health related active
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01.07.2015 as on 29 January 2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 500/- per day (for 26 days per month) per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Computer Skill Test / Interview. There will be walk-in-interview for Medical Officer (NUHM) & (NHM) post. Walk-in-interview will be held on 29.01.2016 at CMOH office
