Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd, Titanium Dioxide Pigment Unit, is recruiting 28 persons for the post of – Executive Trainee in discipline of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Personnel and Accounts. Candidates who meets the below given criteria may apply for the post. Brief details given below—
Executive Trainee : 20 Nos.
No. of vacancies according to discipline wise—
1. Chemical: 11 Nos. (Gen-9; SC-1; ST-1)
2. Mechanical: 4 Nos. (Gen-3; SC-1)
3. Electrical: 5 Nos. (Gen)
4. Instrumentation: 2 Nos.
5. Civil: 2 Nos.
Required Qualification (From Serial No.1 to 5): First class Degree in Chemical Engineering. Preference will be given to the candidates who have done MBA (regular course).
6. Personnel: 2 Nos.
Qualification: MSW with Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management (should be regular full time course).
7. Accounts: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Chartered Accounts or Cost Accounts.
N.B: For the posts mentioned above in Sl.No. 1 to 5; Only Male candidates should apply and for Post in Sl.No.6 and 7—both men and women may apply.
Stipend and Pay Scale: Training will be provided which will be of 2 years (from Sl.No.1 to 6) and One years (for Sl.No.7). During training period stipend will be given which will be Rs.12000 per month for the first year of training and Rs.14000 during second year of training (applicable for post in Sl.No.1 to 6)
After completion of training period, if qualified, then will be considered for appointment to the posts of Process Engineer/ Plant Engineer/ Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer (as the case may be) and fall in pay scale of Rs.25475—Rs.56920.
Age limit: should be within 28yrs. Age relaxation is as per rule and norms.
