Educational Qualification: Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of 2 years duration in Human Resource/Personnel Management/MBA (HR) / MSW / MLS / MPM / MLL & LW from a recognized university or institute.
Candidates must have through understanding about laws pertaining to Labour and employment, modern Human Resources and Organizational Practices. Exposure in regard to Talent /Performance Management, succession planning, Corporate Social responsibility will be an added advantage.

5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: At least two years experiences.
Experience in repair, Maintenance and erection of electrical plant and machinery, preferably in chemical factories. No experience required for graduate Engg. Apprentice (Electrical) who has completed training satisfactorily.
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 – Rs.40500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
