1. DEPUTY MANAGER (QUALITY CONTROL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M. Pharma with 60% of marks.
Experience: Atleast 3+ years of experience in the field of method validation in Quality Control laboratory of plants with WHO/USFDA/MHRA/ENVISA/PICS approval and exposure
on following activities:
i) To prepare analytical method validation protocols and executes them for API and Formulation using HPLC with UV/DAD/FLD detectors.
ii) To prepare and execute Forced degradation studies and report impurity profile of formulations.
iii) To troubleshoot and provide practical solutions for instrument related issues of HPLC, GC.TOC, FTIR and UV.
iv) To provide timely updated training to analyst with respect to GMP, GDP, and GLP taking guideline from WHO TRS.
v) To adhere to and improve the quality management system as per WHO, GMP and Schedule L guideline for QC dept.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 26.07.2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000 – Rs.40000/ per month.
2. ANALYST (QUALITY CONTROL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Analytical chemistry/Chemistry) or B.Pharma with 60% of marks.
Experience: Atleast 2+ years’ experience in Quality Control laboratory of plants with WHO / USFDA / MHRA / ENVISA / PICs approval and exposure on following activities:
i) Testing in all instruments including critical instruments like HPLC and GC.
ii) All tests with respect to raw material and the product including critical tests like related substances.
iii) Calibration of Instruments in the laboratory like HPLC, GC, TOC, pHmeter, UV, FTIR etc.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 26.07.2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8500 – Rs.17000 per month.
3. OPERATOR / JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (PRODUCTION)
No. of Vacancies: On need basis.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy with 60% of marks.
OR ITI / ITC with Fitter / Electrician with 60% of marks.
Experience: One year production operation experience in tablet formulation plant, however candidates having experience in the following area will be given preference:
i) Operating PLC / HMI based contained compression machine 47 station & 75 Station of Chamunda make or equivalent system / machines.
ii) Blister Packing machine Elmach EPI 3015 PDA with Jeckson camera system or equivalent system / Machines
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 26.07.2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8500 – Rs.17000 for D.Pharmacy candidates and Rs.8000 – Rs.16000 for ITI candidates. per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection for the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview.
