INDIAN COAST GUARD INVITES  ONLINE APPLICATION FROM UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT COMMANDANT (GENERAL DUTY). LAST DATE — 26/03/2015

 

ASSISTANT COMMANDANT

Educational Qualification: Degree with 60% marks (5% marks is relaxation for SC/ST/NCC ‘C’) and shall have Mathematics and Physics as a subject up to intermediate or 12th class with 60% aggregate marks of both subjects.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.5400/- per month plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Age Limit: Candidates should have born between 01.06.1990 to 30.06.1994. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Final Selection Test, Interview and Medical Test.

The Preliminary Selection will be on last of April 2015 at various centres (see PDF file below). Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.

Upon submission of online application form, the system generated registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out in it two copies out of which one copy enclose with attested copies of testimonials in support of qualification, age proof, caste certificate and etc shall be carried by the candidate and submitted at the examination centre. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/ HARD COPY TO ANYWHERE BY POST.
