1. English Stenographer (Grade-III): 04 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or Equivalent examination pass and must possess a certificate in computer training with good fingering speed in computer operation.
Candidates should have minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m. in typewriting with certificate of Stenography & Typing.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs. 7,100/- Rs. 37,600/- With Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/-
2. Lower Division Clerk: 12 Nos. (UR-08, SC-03, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik / Matric pass.
Candidates must have Certificate / Diploma in Computer Training with the ability of typing on Computer at the Speed of 20 Words per minute in English.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.4,900/- Rs.16,200/- With Grade Pay Rs.1,700/-
3. Process-Server: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik / Matric pass
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs. 5,400/- – Rs. 25,200/- With Grade Pay Rs. 2,300/-
4. Group-D (Night Guard, Farash, and Office Peon): 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-03, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification:Â Class VIII pass.
Age Limit:Â Not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.4, 900/- Rs.16, 200/- With Grade Pay Rs.1,700/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Examination consisting of Part -I, Part-II and Part-III, Written Examination, Personality Test and Computer Test where ever applicable.

Application Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- incase of SC / ST Candidates) for the post of English Stenographer (Grade-III ) and Rs.300/- (Rs.75/- in case of SC, ST Candidates ) for the post of LDA and Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- in case of SC , ST Candidates) for the post of Process- Server/Office Peon Group “D”, as Application Fee.
