1. POLICE SUB INSPECTOR (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 184 Nos. (Men-122, Women-42, In-service (Men and Women)-20)
Educational Qualification: Degree from university recognised by UGC or Equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-28 years as on 28/06/2017.
2. POLICE SUB INSPECTOR (INTELLIGENCE)
No. of Vacancies: 43 Nos. (Men-28, Women-08, Ex-servicemen-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree from university recognised by UGC or Equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-28 years as on 28/06/2017.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 168 cm; Chest (unexpanded) — 86 cm; Chest (expanded) — 91 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm; Chest — 86 cm; Chest (expanded) — 91 cm; Weight — 45 kgs
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Endurance Test and Physical Standard Test.
