ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERALIST/ CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT)
Total Vacancies — 200 posts. (UR—116; SC—24; ST—14; OBC—46). Out of total 6 for PWD (OH/VI) candidates.
1. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERALIST)
Number of Vacancies: 40 posts. (For Jammu & Kashmir State)
2. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERALIST)
Number of Vacancies: 60 posts. (For North Eastern Region)
3. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT)
Number of Vacancies: 100 posts. (For All India)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
(i) For Asst. Administrative Officer (Generalist): Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from a recognized University/ Institution.
(ii) For Asst. Administrative Officer (Chartered Accountant): An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
AGE LIMIT:
Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01-01-2015. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PWD- Un-reserved (UR), 13 years for PWD-OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates. PAY SCALE:
Rs.17240—Rs.32640 plus other allowances as per norms. Basic pay will be Rs.17240/- per month. See officially released advertisement for more details.
CANDIDATES’ SELECTION:
Selection of the candidates will be through Online Test and Personal Interview. There will be also Medical Examination for fitness check.
The examination will be conducted online at various centres of LIC. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course and such information will be available in the official website of LIC (See URL below). Call letters for online test will be available for download in the second week of February, 2015.
Tentative date of Online Application is 20th February, 2015.

APPLICATION FEE/ INTIMATION FEE:
Rs.450/- as Application Fee and Rs.50/- as Intimation Charges, i.e. total Rs.500/- as Fee. SC/ST and PWD candidates shall pay only Intimation Fee of Rs.50/-, Application Fee for such candidates is exempted. Transaction charges, if any, shall be borne by applicant.
Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online Application form, using Debit/Credit card or Net banking/ etc.

Candidates will require to upload their scan copy of passport size image and signature as well as will have to provide valid email id.

Upon successful and final submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen.
