Life Insurance Corporation of India is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 700 posts of Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist). LIC INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 700 POSTS OF ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (GENERALIST). LAST DATE — 05.01.2016

 

1. Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist): 700 Nos. (SC-106, ST-53, OBC-192, UR-349)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized University/Institute.

 

Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum -30 years as on 01.12.2015

 

Pay Scale: Rs.17,240/- Rs.32640/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of performance in the on-line Examination and Personal Interview.

On-line examination will be of Objective type and Multiple Choices Question. The tentative date of online examination is 05^th, 06^th and 13^th March, 2016.

Examination will be at various centres across the Country. In West Bengal, the examination centre will be at – Asansol, Bardhaman, Berhampur, Durgapur, Greater Kolkata, Hoogly, Howrah, Kalyani, Kolkata and Siliguri.

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of LIC

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- and Rs.100/- in case of ST, SC, PWD as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through On-line mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO LIC AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
