1. UPPER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate of an Indian University or possessing equivalent qualification.
ii) Knowledge of Typewriting.
Experience: Five years experience of work in a Government financed autonomous body or a Government Organization or an educational institute of repute.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
2. JUNIOR STENOGRAPHER (ENGLISH)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculate or its equivalent with minimum speed of 80wpm in English shorthand and 40wpm in English Typewriting.
ii) Proficiency in English Language.
iii) Two years experience in the line.
Desirable: i) Knowledge of Hindi Stenography and Typewriting.
ii) Familiarity with secretarial work.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
3. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-03, PWD-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary or 10+2 or any equivalent examination.
ii) Proficiency in typing with a speed of at least 30wpm in English or 25wpm in Hindi.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-28 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs19400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
