1. TRADE APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 60 Nos. (SC – 10, ST – 08, OBC -12, UR – 30)
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Fitter: 12 posts
ii) Turner: 09 posts
iii) Machinist: 09 posts
iv) Electrician: 12 posts
v) Electronic Mechanic: 12 posts
vi) Welder: 03 posts
vii) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): 03 posts
Educational Qualification:
i) For Fitter, Turner and Machinist: Passed in 10th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in respective Trade.
ii) For Electrician: Passed in 10th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent with science as one of the subject and ITI Pass Certificate in Electrician Trade.
iii) For Electronic Mechanic: Passed in 10th class examination under 10+2 system in mathematics and physics, chemistry or its equivalent and ITI Pass Certificate in Electronic Mechanic Trade.
iv) For Welder: Passed in 8th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent (Passed 7th class where terminal examination is in class 7th) and ITI Pass Certificate in Welder Trade.
v) For Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): Passed in 12th class examination under 10+2 system with Science or Commerce or duly recognised diploma in Engineering (Other than Computers) from any polytechnic of three years duration and ITI Pass Certificate in COPA Trade.
Age Limit: Minimum-14 years and maximum-24 years as on 10/10/2017.
Stipend Pay: Rs.5078/- for Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic and Rs.4514/- for Welder and Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 137cms and above; Chest (unexpanded) — 3.8 cms; Weight — 25.4 Kg and above
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of apprentices will be based on the marks obtained in ITI and Medical examination.
Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year. Training will be given at Nuclear Training Centre (NTC), Rajasthan Rawatbhata Site, PO: Anushakti-323303 Via: Kota, Rajasthan.
