Odisha Public Service Commission is recruiting 90 posts of Odisha Education Service-II (Group-B) for Odisha Education Service. Name of the Post: Odisha Education Service-II (School Branch), Group-‘B’.
Number of Vacancies: 90 Nos. (Gen-45; SC-18; ST-12 & SEBC-15)
Education Qualification:
i) A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Sciences or Commerce with a Master’s Degree in Education; or
ii) A Master’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Sciences or Commerce with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; or
iii) A B.A. (Hons), B.Ed., or B.Sc.(Hons), B.Ed. Degree on successful completion of the integrated course from a Regional College of Education with a Master’s Degree in Humanities (Arts) or Science.
Note: Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia and also must have studied Odia as a subject in Class 10th level.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- and Grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month plus other allowances as per norms.
Age limit: 21 to 32 as on 01.08.2014. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years- SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women/ Ex-Ser and by 10 years for PWD candidates.
Mode of Selection:
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Viva Voce Test. The written examination will be held at Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.

Upon submission of online Application Form, the system generated registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies. One copy shall be kept with the candidate and other copy enclosed with testimonials (such as Qualification Certificate, Age Proof, Caste Certificate, etc) duly attested by the candidate, is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 24.10.2014.
