PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty or its equivalent of a recognized University and candidates shall possess a certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing from an Institution recognized/ registered by or with the Government.
The Candidates shall possess a diploma certificate of at least a 6 months’ course in Computer Application from an Institution recognized by the Government.
The Candidates must have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute and 40 words per minutes in English Shorthand-Typing test and minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing test.
Preference may be given to Law Graduates.
Age Limit: Min 25 yrs – Max 35 yrs as on 01.01.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.9,300 – Rs.34,800 with a Grade pay of Rs.4,600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates who are not permanent resident of Bihar will be not given reservation.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidate will be done through English Shorthand typing test, Typing, English language and grammar test, knowledge of Computer application and Oral interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- in case of ST/ SC candidate.) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
