N.B: The above vacancies are inclusive of backlog. There is no reservation for Ex-Servicemen candidate in the officer cadre.
Educational Qualification/ Eligibility:—
Candidates must have appeared for Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS for the posts of Specialist Officers in March 2012 and must have obtained the required Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS). For details, refer the Advt. available on Bank’s website.
Experience: Experience is required for the posts in Scale—II (Law Officer and IT Officer).
For Law Officer (Scale-II) — At least 3 years experience of practice at Bar or Judicial service and/or Law Officer in the Legal Dept. of a reputed Bank or the Central/State Government or of a Public Sector Undertaking with practice at Bar.
For IT Officer (Scale-II)— 1 year of experience in respective field.
For rest of Other Posts — No experience required.
Computer Knowledge: Except for posts IT Officer (Scale-I/ Scale-II), candidates should have done computer course which should be of minimum 3 months duration.
N.B: All the requirement of Qualification is to be met on or before 01/12/2011.
Age Limits (As on 01/12/2011):—
For the posts in Scale—I: between 21yrs to 30yrs
For the posts in Scale—II: between 21yrs to 35yrs.
Age relaxation—OBC-3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs; PH—10yrs and Others — as per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.14500—Rs.25700 (for Scale—I) and Rs.19400—Rs.28100 (for Scale—II)
Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of performance in IBPS. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview of 100 Marks. Minimum qualifying marks in interview are 50% for General Category and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category.
Tentative period of Interview: August/ Sept- 2012.
