Syndicate Bank, Head Office- Manipal, is recruiting 25 persons in the cadre of Specialist Officers in discipline of – Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari. Advt. No.PD/HRDD/REC/03/2012. Candidates who have qualified Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and have valid score card may apply. Qualification norms and criteria in brief is given below—
Specialist Officers: 25 Nos. discipline wise vacancies given below—
1. Law Officer: 15 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—4). Out of them PH 1nos.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) and 3yrs of experience in relevant field.
Age limits: between 21yrs to 40 yrs.
Pay scale: Rs.19400—Rs.28100 (MMG Scale—II)
2. Rajbhasha Adhikari: 10 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—2). Out of them PH 1 Nos.
Qualification: Post graduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR a post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree level.
Age limits: between 20yrs to 35yrs.
Pay scale: Rs.14500—Rs.25700 (JMG Scale—I)
N.B: Beside above mentioned qualification candidates must have qualified Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in March 2012 for recruitment of Specialist Officers.
Age will be taken as on 01/12/2011. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs, SC/ST—5yrs, PH—10yrs and others—as per norms.
On basis of examination conducted by IBPS; shortlist will be prepared. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal interview.

Before applying online for the post; candidates must deposit the Application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rs.50 in case of SC/ST/PH categories). Candidates should print-out the Fee Payment Challan from the bank’s website and then make the deposition from any branch of Syndicate Bank.
After depositing the fee, candidates should revisit the website of the bank and should submit the online application form. Right after the submitting the online application form; a system generated registration form will appear on the screen. Print-out this system generated application and retains safely for future use.
