1. Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (Communication) (Men & Women): 332 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Must have pass SSC or any other equivalent examination.
Candidates must possess Industrial Training Institutional Certificate in Electronic, Mechanic OR Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance OR Computer Operator and Programming Assistant OR Mechanic Consumer Electronics OR Electrician OR Vocational Intermediate in — a) EET (Electronic Engineering Technician), b) ET (Electrical Technician) (old name Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical applications (E.W & SEA) after SSC
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-22 years as on 01/07/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.16400/- Rs.49870.
Medical Standard:
Eye Sight: Distant vision – (i) 6/6 (both eyes) and (ii) Near vision – 0/5 (both eyes).
Height: Male candidates – 162 Cms (160 Cms in case of ST/SC), Female candidates – 152.5 Cms (150 Cms in case of SC / ST).
Chest (unexpanded / expanded): 84 Cms / 88 Cms (80 Cms / 83 Cms in case of SC, ST) only for Male candidates.
Candidates should be physically fit and free from any physical deformity which may hinder performance of the duties.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Physical Measurements Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Written Test.
