UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 1009 POSTS OF COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2016. LAST DATE — 01/04/2016

COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2016

On basis of Combined Medical Services Examination, 2016 candidates will be posted on following post.

(i) Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways: 600 posts
(ii) Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Services: 46 posts
(iii) Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services: 250 posts
(iv) General Duty Medical Officer Gr-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation: 97 posts
(v) General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council: 16 posts

 

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination

 

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Must not have attained 32 years as on 01.01.2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer based Examination and
Interview/Personality Test. Examination will be held at various centres across the country on 12/06/2016

Note: Candidates must be physically and medically fit

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.200/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Union Public Service Commission. See released advertisement for more details.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF FEMALE/SC/ST/PH CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
