1. ASSISTANT CONSERVATOR
No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos. (UR-13, OBC-02,SC-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least one of the subject namely Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry, Statistics or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Preferential Qualification: Candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or obtained a ‘B’ certificate of N.C.C. shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs.39100 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. RANGE FOREST OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 120 Nos. (UR-24, OBC-10, SC-11, ST-04 ( 72 posts for backlog – SC-30, ST-02, OBC-40))
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with two or more of the subjects, namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, Horticulture and Environment or Bechelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science.
Preferential Qualification: Candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, OR obtained a ‘B’ certificate of N.C.C. OR Represented the state in any game, shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards (For all above posts):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 163 cm; Chest (unexpanded) — 84 cm; Chest (expanded) — 89 cm
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 150 cm; Chest — 79 cm; Chest (expanded) — 84 cm
Minimum height standard in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and to races such as Gorkhas, Nepalies, Assamese, Meghalayan Tribal, Laddakhese, Sikkimiese, Bhutanese, Garhwalies, Kumaunies, Nagas and Arunachal Pradesh candidates is —
(i) Male — 152.5cms (Height)
(ii) Female — 145.0cms (Height)

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.125/- (Rs.65/- for SC/ST candidates and Rs.25/- for PWD) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available.
