1. LABORATORY ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Science Graduate with Chemistry from an Indian University or its equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25,200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-
2. ASSISTANT CHEMIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one of the subject of an Indian University or its equivalent.
Experience: Two years practical experience in the matter of chemical analysis of food articles in any laboratory.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-39 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37,600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3600/-
3. MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST (X-RAY) GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-04, SC-02, ST-01, BC A-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
Two year Diploma Course in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech).
Desirable: One Year training after acquiring Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech) OR Post-Graduate diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech).
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-39 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37,600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3600/-
NOTE — Candidates must have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not applicable to those candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.220/- including processing fee (Rs.20/- as processing fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) as Examination Fee. Candidates facing inconvenience or not having internet access may apply through Tathya Mitra Kendras set up by the Government of West Bengal up to the level of Gram Panchayats in the rural areas of West Bengal. The Kendra will take Service charge of Rs.20/- extra.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
