Durg Rajnandgaon Gramin Bank is recruiting 84 Nos. “Officers (Scale – III/ II/ I)” and “Office Assistant (Multipurpose)”. Eligible candidates who have appeared for Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified may apply for the vacancies. Application form is to be submitted through Online system only from the bank’s website. Qualification norms and brief details is given below —
1. Officer Scale- III: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
2. Officer Scale- II (General Banking Officer): 8 nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate and 2 years experience as an officer in a bank of any financial Institution.
3. Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline in – Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate AND 2 years experience in the field.
4. Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountants): 2 Nos.
Qualification: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and One year of experience.
5. Officer Scale-II: (Treasury Manager): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized university and experience of one year.
6. Officer Scale:II (marketing Officer): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Marketing and One year experience.
7. Officer Scale-I: 24 Nos.
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Proficiency in local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is located.
8. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 46 Nos
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and Proficiency in local language of the State/ UT in which the RRB is located.
Essential Requirement: Beside above mentioned qualification, candidates must have appeared and qualified in Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS on September,2012 for the recruitment purpose and must have obtained Standard Qualifying Marks.

For Officer Scale- II: Rs.19400—28100
For Officer Scale- I: Rs.14500—25700
For Office Assistant: Rs.7200—19300

For Officer Scale- II: Above 21 years – Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years – Below 28 years
For Office Assistant: Between 18 years and 28 years
Upper age relaxation is as per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview. Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their performance in CWE conducted by IBPS in Sept,2012.
Interview centre will be at Bank’s head office – Rajnandgaon (C.G.) – 491441.
Exact date and venue will be intimated to the eligible candidates through Call letters.

After fee depositing and successful submission of Online application form, a system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and keep safely with them for future use.
