1. DEPUTY MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCE)
No. of Vacancies: 29 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for PWD candidates).
ii) Two years full time MBA or equivalent, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from a recognized University/ Institute, with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for PWD candidates) in Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in aggregate.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 19/12/2018.
Basic Pay: Rs.56,100/- per month.
2. DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 34 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for PWD candidates).
ii) CA/ ICWA with pass class OR Two years full time MBA or equivalent with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University/ Institute, with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for PWD candidates) in the Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in aggregate

Basic Pay: Rs.56,100/- per month.
3. DEPUTY MANAGER (CONTRACTS & MATERIALS MANAGEMENT)
No. of Vacancies: 18 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation in Engineering in any of the branches.
ii) Full time MBA preferably in Materials Management/ Inventory Control with not less than 60% marks (55% marks for PWD candidates) from a recognized University/ Institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 19/12/2018.
Basic Pay: Rs.56,100/- per month.
4. DEPUTY MANAGER (LEGAL)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Full time degree in Law (Professional) with not less than 60% marks in aggregate (55% marks for PWD candidates) from a recognised University.
ii) Candidate should be registered with the concerned Bar council of the State or Bar Council of India and other statutory bodies.
Experience: Should have 03 years post qualification practical experience at Bar and/or in any reputed Organisation as an Officer having adequate exposure to Company/ Civil/ Labour Laws. Candidates should possess excellent communication and drafting skills and have the capacity and capability to handle and deal with legal problems and cases independently.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 19/12/2018.
Basic Pay: Rs.56,100/- per month.
5. JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Master Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/ English, with English/ Hindi as a main subject at Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi & English as main subjects at degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi/ English medium and English/ Hindi as a main subject at degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree in Hindi/ English or in any other subject with Hindi/ English medium, with English/ Hindi as main subject or a medium of examination at degree level.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as main subject plus recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central Government/ State Government offices including Government of India Undertakings.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 19/12/2018.
Basic Pay: Rs.35,400/- per month.
For all the above posts, candidates should be proficient in working with computers and have exposure in handling software packages like Windows, MS Office, etc.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Online Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Personal Interview wherever applicable. The Written Test/ Online Test will be held at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkatta, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore tentatively in the month of February, 2019. Personel Interview will be held at NPCIL HQ, located at Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.
