1. UPPER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-3, ST-1)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University.
Candidates must have speed of 25wpm in Typewriting.
Experience: Five years experience in any Government Office/Undertaking or an Autonomous Body
with Knowledge of Government rules regulations and office procedure.
Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-
2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK / TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos. ((UR-10, OBC-04, SC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: 12th class or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University
A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter OR A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
Desirable: i) Knowledge of Office Procedure and Stenography.
ii) Working knowledge of Computers, particularly Word Processing.
iii) Previous experience in any Govt. office/Autonomous Body, PSU or firms of repute.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-27 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
