- Upload live photograph, signature (10 KB – 20 KB), category certificate (max. 100 KB PDF), and qualification/experience certificates (self-attested, max. 100 KB PDF).

JKSSB PWD (R&B) Document Verification (DV)
- Candidates shortlisted for Document Verification must appear with original documents along with self-attested photocopies of each document/certificate, including Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Category Certificate, and Qualification Certificate — all valid on or before the cut-off date.
- No TA/DA will be paid for participation in the written test or Document Verification.
- Candidates must carry two recent passport-size colour photographs (not older than 6 months) and a valid original Photo-ID proof at the time of DV.
- Reserved category certificates must be submitted in the prescribed format; otherwise, the candidature will be considered under the Open Merit category.
JKSSB PWD (R&B) Facility for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
Candidates with Benchmark Disabilities who are otherwise eligible may avail the facility of a Scribe and/or compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination, subject to:
- Producing a Certificate from a competent Medical Board/Authority (Annexure-B) and an Undertaking (Annexure-C).
- Arranging their own Scribe, who must not be a candidate for the same examination, must be of a lower educational grade than the candidate, and must not be a relative or a student of the same institution/centre.
- Submitting all requisite documents to the Observer on the day of examination.
