The writer checks the main facts against the available official source and ensures that key dates, figures and eligibility conditions are not changed while simplifying the language. Official links are reviewed so readers can reach the responsible authority directly.

When a notice contains conditions that depend on category, discipline, qualification, age or experience, the article should preserve those conditions instead of turning them into a broader claim that may mislead readers.

Handling Conflicting Information

If two official pages or documents appear to conflict, we prefer the most recent document or correction issued by the responsible authority. When the correct interpretation cannot be confirmed, the article should identify the uncertainty and direct readers to the official source rather than guessing.

Updates After Publication

Government recruitment information often develops in stages. A notification may later be followed by an extension, correction, exam date, admit card, answer key or result.
