Validity of Rank List

  • The Rank list shall be maintained for the trainees and shall be operated only in the event of occurrence of requirement caused by non-joining of a candidate from the rank list within the date of joining as stipulated in the offer of selection issued to the candidate OR, where a candidate joins as trainee and in the event of separation of a person on account of death or resignation from the training during the period of one year from the date of joining.
  • The validity period of the rank list shall be up to one year from the date of publication of results, unless a fresh notification for the same training is issued.

  11. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
  12. Spices Board reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/enlarge/cancel the selection process, without assigning any reason.
  13. The decision of the Board will be final and no appeal will be entertained in this matter.
