Candidates must have a Post-Graduate degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology and animal handling, supported by research publications or thesis.
OR
Candidates must have an awarded Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant areas.
Desirable Experience: Experience in molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology and immunological techniques.
2. Project Research Scientist-II

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a Post-Graduate degree in Chemistry or a related discipline from a recognised university with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in medicinal chemistry, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies, particularly bioanalytical method development of NCEs using LCMS.
OR
Candidates must possess an awarded Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline from a recognised university.
Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work on a drug discovery project as a medicinal chemist. Responsibilities include designing and synthesising new molecules, biological screening, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies, and bioanalytical method development and validation.
3. Senior Technical Manager

- Salary: Rs. 1,40,000 per month

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
OR
Candidates must have an awarded Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university with at least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Essential Experience: Experience in managing operations of an accredited laboratory supporting vaccine development, including supervision of technical personnel and coordination of laboratory activities.
Experience in assay validation, quality control, quality assurance and laboratory accreditation will be important for this position.
4. Senior Technical Officer

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in vaccine development, recombinant protein purification, serology assays, virus neutralisation, pseudovirus generation and related areas.
Desirable Experience: Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to calibration and testing laboratories, preparation of SOPs and QSPs, and proficiency in MS Office.

Selection Process
