Academic Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering & Planning from institutions recognized by the government.
- Courses must be completed in Regular Courses.
- Distance-mode education will not be accepted.
Age limit: Aspirants’ age must not be less than 18 years of age and should not exceed 38 years.
- 5 years of Relaxation for Sc/STP/STH Candidates means they are relaxable for up to 43 years.
- 17 years for Ex-Servicemen Candidates.

Pay Scale: The Candidates will get 14,000 – 49,000 with Grade pay of 8,700 under Pay Band – 2.
