1. Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Clerical Cadre)
No. of Posts: 80 Posts.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 31.03.2016
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,400/-

 

2. Customer Service Officer (CSO) (Officer Grade)
No. of Posts: 24 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduation with second class securing minimum 50% marks or Post Graduate Degree with second class securing minimum 50% marks.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 32 years as on 31.03.2016
Pay Scale: Rs. 14,400/-

 

Age Relaxation: Age of the candidates will be relaxed up to 03 years if the candidates have experience.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through online examination. Examination will be held at 23/04/2016 at — Mumbai (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane), Pune (Pune / Piimprichinchwad), Delhi (Delhi – NCR) and Bengaluru (Bengaluru)
