Airports Authority Sports Contract Eligibility Criteria 2026
The candidates who are willing to apply for the AAI Sports Contract must go through the notification for the eligibility criteria. Candidates who fulfil the criteria can apply offline through the prescribed format.

The contract will be available to sportspersons in the age group of over 14 years and under 24 years as on 31.03.2026.

Sports Criteria:
Players who have consistently played in the last two/three years and performed outstandingly in Sub-Junior/Junior/Senior National Championships or International Events/Matches in the year 2024-25 & 2025-26.
AAI Sports Contract Amount / Stipend 2026
The selected sportspersons will receive a consolidated amount per month based on their highest level of representation.

- Sports Equipment Allowance: Rs. 15,000/- per financial year towards procurement/repair of sports equipment on production of GST bills.

- Get the application recommended and signed by the Head/Principal of Institution/School or Secretary of the State Federation/National Federation of the concerned sport, with their name and seal.

AAI Sports Contract Scheme 2026-27 Selection Process
- All applications received within the stipulated time will be considered by a committee duly constituted by the President, Airports Authority of India Sports Control Board.
- The selection is based on the candidate’s outstanding performance and consistency in National and International events during 2024-25 & 2025-26.
- AAI, at its discretion, may not select sports persons in any or all games if considered not suitable.
