Delete Your Account from the App

If you still have access to the Karmasandhan Android app, you can delete your account directly from the Account & Security section.

1. Open the Karmasandhan app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open Profile.
4. Go to Account & Security.
5. Scroll to the Danger Zone.
6. Tap Delete Account.
7. Verify your account and confirm permanent deletion.

Request Account Deletion Without the App

If you have uninstalled the app, changed your device, or cannot access Karmasandhan, you can submit an account deletion request by email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your Karmasandhan account deletion is completed, the account-linked personal data associated with your account will be removed.

• Firebase authentication account
• Job Profile information
• Display name and account-linked contact information
• Saved Jobs
• I Applied / application tracking records
• Notification device registration
• Account notification records
• Other personalized account-linked data

Data Stored on Your Device

When account deletion is completed from inside the Karmasandhan app, personalized local account data stored by the app is also cleared as part of the deletion process.

If you request deletion by email and no longer use the app, locally stored app data can also be removed by uninstalling Karmasandhan or clearing its app storage from Android Settings.

Email Request Processing

After receiving an account deletion request, we may verify account ownership before completing the request.

Once verification is completed, we will process the account and associated personal data deletion request as soon as reasonably possible.

What Is Not Deleted?

Deleting your Karmasandhan account does not remove public recruitment notices, job posts, government recruitment information, or other public content published on Karmasandhan.com.

This public information is not created as part of an individual Karmasandhan user account.
