Exemption: SC, ST, BC, Ex-Servicemen, and families holding a Household Supply White Card (residents of AP) are exempted from paying the examination fee (only the processing fee of Rs. 250 is applicable).

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete the application process:
- Visit the official APPSC website at https://psc.ap.gov.in.
- Login with your registered OTPR ID/number. If applying for the first time, register your bio-data through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) to get a User ID.
- Click on “Online Application Submission” and select the “Fill Application” button against the desired notification number.
- Fill in application-specific data such as Local/Non-Local status, White card details, qualification details, post preferences, and examination centre.
- Click on “Save & Submit” to proceed to the payment gateway.
- Pay the prescribed fee online using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
- After successful payment, download the filled application PDF and take a printout for future reference.
- If payment fails, start a fresh payment process or use the “Update Your Transaction ID by Double Verification” option.
