Coochbehar District Health and Family Welfare Samiti is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 65 posts of Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) for various Health Centres in the listed Gram Panchayats under 12 different Blocks namely – Coochbehar-I, Coochbehar-II, Dinhata-I, Dinhata-II, Sitai, Mathabhanga-I, Mathabhanga-II, Sitalkuchi, Tufangang-I, Tufanganj-II, Haldibari, Mekhliganj. Dinhata-II: 14 Nos.
Sitai: 05 Nos.
Mathabhanga-I: 05 Nos.
Mathabhanga-II: 04 Nos.
Sitalkuchi: 02 Nos.
Tufangang-I: 04 Nos.
Tufanganj-II: 01 No.
Haldibari: 01 No.
Mekhliganj: 04 Nos.

Educational Qualification:

i) Should be Madhyamik or equivalent examination appeared (either passed or failed). Candidates possessing higher qualification are also eligible.
ii) Should be a married/ divorced/ widowed woman.
iii) Should be a permanent resident of the same area under the health sub-centre for which she is applying.
iv) Preference will be given to Grade I & Grade II SHG Members/ trained Dais/ Link workers.

 

Age Limit: Between 30-40 years as on 01/01/2018. In case of SC/ST candidates, the age should be between 22yrs and 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Selection of the candidates will be through Interview. Exact date of Interview and venue will be intimated in due course.
