i. Jhalda-I Development Block: 08 posts

iii. Jhalda-II Development Block: 26 posts
iv. Baghmundi: 32 posts
Educational Qualification: i) Should be Madhyamik or equivalent examination appeared (either passed or failed). Candidates possessing higher qualification are also eligible.
ii) Should be a married/ divorced/ widowed woman.
iii) Should be a permanent resident of the same area under the health sub-centre for which she is applying.
iv) Preference will be given to Grade I & Grade II SHG Members/ trained Dais/ Link workers.
Age Limit: Between 30-40 years as on 01/01/2018. In case of SC/ST candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years.

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should reach the Office of respective Block Development Officer, on or before 31/07/2018 from 11:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m on all working days (except Saturday, Sunday and other holidays).
