1. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work (with Personnel Management)/ Business Administration (with Personnel Management) from recognized Institution.
Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Experience: 18 years experience in the line in reputed large industrial Organization.
Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 50 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-40,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.7,400/-
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (LEGAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from recognized Institute/ University.
Experience: Minimum 07 years experience in line in a reputed Organization.
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-40,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6,100/-
3. PERSONNEL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Business Administration/ Labour Welfare/ Social Work from recognized Institute.
Experience: Minimum 1½ years relevant experience/ Management Training.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000-40,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
