1. ASSISTANT MANAGER (HR & ADMN.)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Udyogamandal Unit, Kerala)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with 04 years experience.
Requirement of experience relaxable in the case of those candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.
OR
Graduate with Diploma in Personnel Administration or Industrial Relations or Social Work/Science from a recognized Institute with 06 years experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31/03/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,600- 46,500/-
2. ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Bathinda Unit, Punjab)
Educational Qualification: Two years experience in Electrical Engineering in a factory, preferably in a Chemical Factory. No experience required for Graduate Apprentices (Electrical Engineer) who have completed training satisfactorily.
OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 05 years experience in Electrical Engineer in a factory preferably in Chemical Factory.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 31/03/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,400- 40,500/-
3. OFFICER (ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Regional Sales Office, Kolkata)
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA with 01 year post qualification experience, working experience in SAP will be preferred.
OR
Graduate in Commerce with CA (Inter)/ ICWA(Inter) with 02 year post qualification experience including Article ship/ practical training, working experience in SAP will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 31/03/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,400- 40,500/-
The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Tenure basis or Deputation basis for two (02) years and further extendable by one (01) year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Personal Interview. The Interview will be conducted at respective place of posting (Udyogamandal Unit in Kerala, Bathinda Unit in Punjab and Regional Sales Office in Kolkata).
