AYCL Management Trainee Salary & Stipend
The Management Trainee (Welfare) post carries the Grade E0 pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000. During the training period, candidates will be paid a consolidated stipend of ₹46,230.00 per month, equivalent to Basic plus DA at the minimum pay point of the scale for the first year, with a 3% increment on Basic thereafter each year. Quarterly changes in DA will apply to stipend calculation. For Management Trainees posted in Tea Gardens, accommodation will be provided by the Company, and no HRA will be considered for payment of stipend.
