Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.

Experience: Proficiency in Computers, report writing and communication skills

Desirable: 3 years experience in youth activities/ rural development/ other social sectors including voluntary work in a reputed organization.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 25yrs and maximum 35yrs as on 01/01/2018

 

Basic Pay: Rs.31900/- per month.

 

The posts are on contract basis for deployment in the field offices of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), located all over India.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Preliminary Screening (CV Evaluation + IQ Test + Rapid Interview / Personality Test), Centralised Final Screening (Group Discussion, Planning/Brainstorming, Interview, Comprehensive SRT, Individual Project skill test) and finally Training/ Mentoring of Finalist.

Selection will be held at State wise/Zone wise therefore, all the candidates must be from the State concerned.
